1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you access City Pub Club event pages, submit or manage an RSVP, use an invitation link, or otherwise use the City Pub Club event service operated for City Publications Atlanta. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Event information and availability
Event dates, times, locations, programming, capacity, and other details may change. An RSVP may be subject to event capacity, invitation requirements, waitlist status, deadlines, or other event-specific rules shown on the applicable event page.
3. Invitations and RSVP links
Invitation-only events may require the same email address used for the invitation. Private invitation or RSVP-management links are intended for the recipient and should not be shared unless the event information expressly allows it.
4. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting or updating an RSVP. If you add guests, you are responsible for providing information you are authorized to share and for keeping the party information current.
5. Changes, cancellations, and waitlists
City Publications Atlanta may change, postpone, close, or cancel an event or session when reasonably necessary. Capacity-limited events may use a waitlist. A waitlisted response is not a confirmed reservation until a confirmation is issued.
6. Event conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow reasonable venue, safety, and event instructions. City Publications Atlanta may refuse or end participation when reasonably necessary to protect attendees, staff, venues, or the event.
7. Third-party venues and services
Some events may involve third-party venues, calendar services, meeting platforms, or other providers. Their separate terms, privacy practices, accessibility rules, or venue policies may also apply when you use those services or enter those venues.
8. Communications
By submitting an RSVP, you authorize transactional communications reasonably related to that event, such as confirmations, waitlist notices, schedule changes, cancellation notices, RSVP-management messages, and calendar invitations. These event communications are separate from unrelated promotional marketing.
9. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We aim to keep City Pub Club available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or contain errors. We may update, suspend, or modify the service when needed for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
10. Limitation relating to event changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, City Publications Atlanta is not responsible for losses caused solely by schedule changes, venue changes, third-party platform failures, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
11. Privacy
Use of personal information through City Pub Club is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when City Pub Club features, event practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
